Hi, title says most of it, I created an account while underage years ago and rightfully was banned for it earlier today when I uploaded my ID. What doesn't make sense is that the email notifying me of this said I can create a new account upon turning 18. I thought, oh, no problem, I'm 19 and my ID can prove it, but seconds after uploading my ID to the new account that one was banned too for being underage. Calling customer support and going to the assistant bot chat or whatever just gives me the same automated "sorry we can't help you" response. Is there ANY way I can actually create a new account or am I just locked out for life because I stupidly lied about my age when I was 17?
