Need help on a dispute

Some guy have opened a cause against me.

A guy contacted me to fix some bugs in his vehicle for his Roblox game and i fixed the bugs and i charged him $15. Now what he did, he had to make some UI for someone so he shared my PayPal to other person to receive the money for the UI work he had to finish which he did not.

Now the other person have opened a case because of that the money i received have deducted from my PayPal and now because of the opened case now i have been asked to pay the money again. But the money already have deducted from my PayPal.

So why do i have to send him the money again when PayPal already have deducted the money from my wallet?

How can i contact PayPal and tell them the money have already deducted from my account and why do i have to make a refund now?
