Need Help Restoring My PayPal Business Account

Hello Community,

I’m a new PayPal business account user, and I’m reaching out for some guidance. After opening a new business account under my UK-registered company, I successfully processed two transactions without any issues (these were conducted without invoices). However, I recently received an email from PayPal stating, "You can't use PayPal anymore."

 

Unfortunately, I haven't been given any clear explanation or solution regarding the restriction. I'm unsure why this has happened, especially since all my information is valid, and I’ve only processed two legitimate transactions.

 

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Can anyone guide me through the appeal process and let me know what documentation I might need to provide for re-verification? Any advice or insights from the community would be greatly appreciated.
