PP in 4, I’m struggling to open a dispute with seller. it suggests to scroll down and report a problem, there is no selection. I tried to search using the automated messages and it was unable to pin point the payments I gave.

Have you clicked on the relevant transaction as the report option is at the bottom of that 'details' page.
