My account is permanently blocked and I want to close it

I would like to close my account after an unfair permanent block PayPal put on my account. However, I am in a loop: 1. When click on close account, PayPal redirects me to a page where it says I should take care of the block so I can close my account after getting it unblocked. 2. Then they redirect me to the resolution center and tell me that my account is permanently blocked and there is no way to unblock. What should I do?

Kindly reach out to our customer support team to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page. If you are unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".

You can't close a permanently limited account, paypal limit it to stop you removing anything from it and trying to use it on another paypal account against their rules.
