I am a working student and I badly needed money right now! I don't have anything! Is there any possibility or way to get my back as soon as possible? The money that PayPal is holding right now is the only money I am relying on my bills and allowances and tuitions. PLEASE HELP ME!

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.....so yes there is a reason !!
If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.
Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

I hope someone can help me too, this situation is very frustrating me these past few days. So I registered my PayPal account use my legal ID but I use a nickname to my PayPal because I only use PayPal to send/receive money, I don't do withdraw but suddenly PayPal permanently limited my acc for 180 days and i still have $473 there, after waiting for 6 months PayPal sent me email that I can withdraw my money but the problem is I can't change my PayPal name to my legal name anymore, I sent them some of my documents but they just doesn't help. Now how can I get my money back? I'm not a criminal and scammers, I can provide everything PayPal wants but the problem I have no way to do that because all the customers service I reach out on Twitter or Instagram seems like a bots, not helping at all. I wanna my money back :'(

Unfortunately that is what happens if you open a legal, financial account with a fake name.
The funds on the account belong to the person named on the account who has a legal document to prove its their name.
You can keep asking customer services but I don't hold out a lot of hope, phoning is best.
