Meta Platform Inc. unauthorized payment

I got charged $325 from Meta Platform Inc. without knowing anything. I didn't authorize this transaction. I tried to call the number from the request cancellation button but it is a fake one. I already reported the problem to PayPal, but I don’t know if they responded or not. What should I do to get a refund? This is a large amount of money to me

Does the transaction actually show as debited in your paypal account balance and activity?

Or if not showing it may be a spoof fake paypal email?

It happened to me too. Same date. Yesterday (December 6th, 2023). They took $900 dollars from my bank account. I have been trying anything I can to cancel this transaction. IT WAS NOT ME. I called my bank account and PayPal. This is very unfair. I hope it gets solved. Dispute this charge as soon as you can.
