Long timeline for revisions and refunds

Hello.

I have an open dispute on March 30, 2024 for a product purchased on Aliexpress. Every time I look at the dispute PayPal will be able to the timing for the review and for the refund. To this day, this never-ending story continues. I would like to know if there is a time limit for review and refunds. Aliexpress notified me that they had accepted the refund but they never paid it... PayPal seems to do a similar thing. What could I do?

I have already contacted customer support by phone, the representative suggested me with the standard and laconic response to wait.
