Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Mine was linked to WalkFit fitness app. I had signed up for a discounted trial period, but since I only used the app once or twice, I didn't realize that an auto renewal at full price was coming up. There was a money-back satisfaction guarantee when I signed up, so I'm testing that out now to see if I can at least get the auto renewal payment back. However, we shall see.

Actitech is a money scam operation running out of Cyprus. Why Cyprus. No laws on fraud or scams and they are protected there. The majority of scam Apps are based out of Cyprus. This outfit even charges $7.75 for the free trial. You don’t know it till you get noticed if you use Pay Pal. They also say to unsubscribe by going to account settings. Well, once there, it only has delete app! If you do that, they will keep billing you. Go to “Contact” and send them an unsubscribe message! But, all I got is they have a lot of emails reply saying they will get to it -they never do. So, just cancel your payments with Pay Pal and report them to PayPal

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I have been charged 3 unauthorized payments from Actitech Ltd. How do I stop this unauthorized activity from continuing.

I am on the same boat here with Ectitech. I do not even aknowledge interacting with any fitness app... never. I read there is close to 700 community memebers also reporting having the same problem. Please PAYPAL, put a red flag on this merchant and alert users of fraudulent "service agreements". Merchant will never refund, is just going to be the run-around with them...

I have just learned that they were a registered company in the United Kingdom.

But the company was dissolved in 2022
