Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Hi,
Who is ACTITECH? They have removed $30.99 from my account 'automatically,' but I never signed up with them nor authorised any transactions with them at all. How did they breach PAYPALS security system???

Do a search of the forum or google, they have lots of different names and have been linked to fitness apps etc.
A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel and it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.
Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Yes it’s linked to a fitness app called FotCoach. Here’s part of their contract. I had to go to the app to cancel upcoming subscription payments because it doesn’t show up under Apple apps subscriptions on my phone. You actually have to go into the app to see if you have a recurring payment for a subscription. The Website is made available to you by ACTITECH LIMITED, with registered address: [removed] and registration number: [removed]; whereas the App is made available to you by WELLTECH APPS LIMITED, with registered address: [removed] (the “Company”, along with “we”, “us”, “our”, and “ourselves”). For consistency, “user”, “consumer”, along with "you" and “your”, refers to any person who agrees to be bound by these Terms, as described herein.

They've just taken £53 from me. Under the paypal transaction there's a request cancellation option. I selected this and it gave an email for yoga-go which was installed on my phone. I've contacted them directly for a refund.

To request a refund you have to ask the merchant as per link.

Yes it shows up on the website on my pc but not under the Bills tab on the phone on my app, this only shows two of the subscriptions that I have which is a bit confusing.
