Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Did you subscribe to Fitcoach? I just had funds deducted, and after checking the payment history and going through my emails, I realised that is what it's for.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I'm sorry to hear about the unrecognized charges. I'm happy to help. Are there corresponding transactions in your PayPal account? If there are transactions in your PayPal account that you feel were unauthorized, please follow these steps to report the activity and resecure your account. If there are no transactions in your PayPal account, please contact customer support to report the activity in your bank or card account. A representative can search to find if the transactions were made on another established account or as guest payments, and help you with the next steps. You can contact customer support using the options found by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page or by reaching out on Facebook or Twitter.

I made a PayPal payment of $29.99 for a 3 month intermittent fasting program to Actitect Limited. They asked a whole lot of questions then asked for the plan I wanted. I chose 3 month. AFTER payment was made, it said I needed to download the app and log in. HOWEVER the app was not free. It never told me a would have to download an app. I want to stop payment. This is WITHHOLDING COST INFORMATION AND FALSE ADVERTISING! CAN TOU STOP PAYMENT and give me a refund??

Paypal would not be able to refund a subscription payment that you authorised, however unwittingly that was.

A lot of these companies you have to opt out of paying subscriptions rather than opt in so be careful what you agree to.

You can cancel the subscription as per my first post on this thread.

I never wittingly subscribed to this company.  I think it is a scam.
