Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

PayPal will help with the most recent 6 months. Beyond that, you’d have to pursue them legally, but since they’re in another country it’s useless basically. Even if you get a judgment against them, how would you collect? Lesson learned: watch your PayPal account, your bank accounts, and your credit and debit cards EVERY SINGLE MONTH! And take action immediately.

I've been charged too. I've no idea what it is, but clearly want to cancel. How do I do that - anyone know??

Same thing happened to me. I think maybe I was duped into a trial, but honestly remember nothing and I do not have any of the icons for offered by them on my devices. The company is not responding to any of my requests to cancel. I stopped the auto payments on PayPal.
