Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Now that I see your comment dated 22 Aug 2022, I am even more upset.  After I was unexpectedly charged 30.99, on 21 July 2023, I called PayPal to explain the charge.  I was told it wasn't charged by them.  The company was Yoga-Go.  After much searching and trying to contact that company, I waited and was charged another 30.99 on 21 Aug 2023, AND it plainly said PayPal Yoga-Go.  I searched as the last commentator suggested and found it was Actitech Limited.  The PayPal rep did not search as requested, i.e. by the amount of the payment, or I could have avoided this last charge.  I did call my bank and issued a Stop Payment, I may or may not be able to recoup the money already paid.  I was glad to see that we finally have an answer and can take appropiate action.  I sure miss the old days when you could pick up a phone and a live person would assist you with any issues you may have encountered.

This is for the FastEasy App (an app to guide you through weight loss, fasting, recipes, etc). I didn't know what is was at first, but I checked my checking account and saw an automatic payment withdrawl in the same amount and put two and two together. Go to your FastEasy app and go under your account if you want and you cancel subscription. I hope I answered your question.

I am having this same problem from the same company. 30.99 was taken from my debit card. I don't even know what it's from or what the purchase was. I have not authorized anything.

Hi there. A company called Actitech have withdrawn money from my PayPal account and it was not authorised. I understand that they are linked to a fitness app called Fitcoach and perhaps a women's fasting app which I have looked at recently but when I go to use the apps they tell me that I have not subscribed with them. So what on earth have I just paid for?

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product, and forget to cancel and it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

Check if you had a subscription set up and if so cancel it?

Open your PayPal app, go to history, click on Actitech, scroll down and click on manage. This will take you to a page where you can cancel payments.

Actitech claims that I purchased a plan directly from their website. I never do that. This seems to be a scam
