My personal account got permanently limited, and I just got my PayPal account last week. I only have four activities: two from my mother's account, one from a mobile app from the Play Store, and one from a friend's account. The latest transaction which is today is only from my friend's account. Earlier today, I got a notification that PayPal needed some information from me to avoid my account being permanently limited before August 12, 2024. I provided the required information immediately, but right after submitting it, my account was permanently limited. I also received an email at 8:56 PM PHT stating that my information was being reviewed, and another email at the same time (8:56 PM PHT) saying my account features have been deactivated. How can my account be permanently limited immediately if they just started to review my information? Please, I need your help.
