Hello there, I recently logged into my paypal account after a long time since my bank account was not working and made a new one because the bank doesn’t provide services anymore. After getting my new account i logged into paypal and added it after i added my account it showed that I can’t use paypal anymore and can’t add this email or account to any new paypal account. I still do want to continue with paypal. Alot of transactions which are international do not provide the use of the card i have since it is a india only card and i used paypal for all of that so it is a necessity for me.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
