Identity verification-Limited account

I do not wish to verify my identity, since I do not use this account anymore, and I do not contain any of the required documents. However, paypal has limited my account. what can I do? All I want is to close my account. Thank you!

Generally the idea is to verify your identity to show ownership of account to lift the account limitation in order to close the account.

Reach out to PayPal customer services to see if they’ll close it without submitting documents:

2. Scroll down to click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option at the bottom.
