Hello.
I received two payments of someone I do not know ($4 each) from Germany.
I've refunded the two charges but now I am afraid this is some sort of scam. I tried to contact PayPal but the boot is offering me a credit card instead of solving my problem.
I want to know if somehow I can block this person so I stop receiving payments. Even if this is not a scam and if that person is confused, It is still creates a sensation of discomfort when I think this may be a potential scam.
