Endless looped scam - unable to dispute (Paypal via FB)

Purchased a table via FB Marketplace via Paypal over a week ago . Anyone else ever been trapped in the scam where they keep changing order confirmed dates on Facebook and FB doesn't allow a dispute until 60 days after your order was confirmed and Paypal doesn't allow you to dispute "that type of transaction"?
Am I simply impatient from no response 9 days later?  If you've been there; is this normal for a period of time before all is well? If not and you got through it then how did you escape? Did you ever get your money back? If its been a common thing then are there better alternatives to Paypal?

Why can't you dispute? Are you collecting or is the table being personally delivered?

How did you send the funds which paypal option did you select?

How did you fund the paypal payment?

Paid. with PayPal account linked to debit card. but Facebook won’t let me dispute it until 60 days after the date of confirmation..
