If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and didn't log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a guest buyer.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.
If that is not the case then contact customer services and your card issuer to query the transactions.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello @all,
We understand how concerning unexpected charges can be, and we’re here to help clear things up. The charge you see from Avanquest may be related to a subscription for one of our products, such as photo or PDF editing software, PC optimization tools, or other software you may have purchased earlier this or last year from us.
To verify and manage your subscription, you can follow these steps to view your pre-approved payments and cancel the subscription if needed:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click on the profile tab (icon next to "Log out").
- Click on "Payments" (third option along the blue band at the top of the page).
- Select "Manage pre-approved payments" to review any active subscriptions.
If you believe the charge is a mistake, or if you’d like to discuss the details of your subscription, please contact our support team directly using this link: Avanquest Support Page.
We’re committed to resolving this issue for you, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Best regards,
Avanquest Care Team
