I have a credit card in my PayPal account that is not mine and its not me who added it

I'm really frustrated because I can't reach PayPal's customer service any other way. I can't verify my account since the card on it isn't mine and I didn't add it. This has led to limitations on my account with seemingly no resolution. Can anyone assist me?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Thank you for your help, but send them message where i tried in the resolution center it says case closed because they think im asking for a refund
