My account has been permanently limited and I reached the support for solutions and we agreed that they will transfer the remaining funds to the account I gave them. It's been a week without a response or update to my reply and I genuinely have no way to reach them at all because the chat has been archived and I can't open a new one. How can I reach the support? Representative Chinta has reached to me but no response yet. I would like to know how the process is going and how many more days it will take. Thank you!

Thank you for the link but as I stated. I can't reach them. 1. No answer to the phone call 2. There is no email to contact 3. Paypal Assistant is an outdated bot with limited replies that has nothing to do with my inquiry. 4. Chat live option is not available. I've been checking every 30min when I'm awake for the whole past 48 hours. 5. My problem has nothing to do with Resolution Center or past transactions which only deals with scam or fraud. 6. I can't get help using forums because my issue is that I already submitted documents a week ago without any single update while they said it will take only 3 days. Can you provide a 7th?

The link provides all the ways to contact customer services in your country, if you can't get through on any of them then sadly not a lot we can do about it.
