I'm Lebanese but currently residing in Italy, and my Italian ID documents are still being processed. The only ID I have is Lebanese. Can I use that to resolve my account limitation? If not, how do I resolve it?
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards and i.d. from within that country.

Thank you for your reply. The thing is, I currently don't have an Italian Permit of Stay (Permesso Di Soggiorno) yet, but I do have a receipt that I've applied for it and that it's being processed. I don't know when it will be done. Otherwise I just have my Lebanese passport and ID, which I assume wouldn't work. Would the receipt of Permit of Stay be enough to resolve my account limitation?
