How to report a problem about a transaction if the initial claim (fraud via G2A) was denied ?

via the G2A account using and old paypal connection a digital product was bought by my money by someone. I reported the incident 1 Minute after it happened, G2A blocked my access to the account for days and after that over 45 days to the order.
Paypal claims that I was the initiator of the transaction and then rejected my request to block the purchase. I then asked for access to the product in other requests, which he also refused, citing that the seller had successfully delivered the product, which unfortunately did not happen. At the moment, paypal does not give me any possibility to report my problem due to the rejected requests.
What channel can I use? I see that there is a purchase protection, but no clear description how to use it.

Thanks for the help. I wrote the details in the PayPal Chat window. I do not know if this reaches anyone, I did not get any feedback... 

It does not help that paypal logs me out automatically after ~3 Minutes, I need to log in with (2FA) and start over...
