I opened a dispute nearly a month ago with Shein. I returned some items and the didn't get a refund me for 1/8 items that was in the package. PayPal is asking me for a copy of the shipping label. I don't have a copy, the label was generated with a QR code. I keep going around and around with PayPal telling them I don't have a copy of the label. I also keep trying to tell them the items were refunded and it clearly shows that in my PayPal account, so Shein obviously received my package. At this point I'm at a loss if someone actually looked at my claim the could see it wasn't refunded.
