How to remove permanent limitation from my account?

How do I contact PayPal to remove the permanent limitation on my account? I got it yesterday but they didn't say what I did wrong. All I did was pay a small amount for a service and got hit around the evening.

IGNORE @Technicals THEY ARE A SCAMMER TRYING TO SCAM FOLKS ON THIS FORUM ON LOTS OF POSTS.

THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYPAL AND HAVE BEEN REPORTED.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

Thank you for the response. Still I wish to try and if it doesn't work then I understand will no longer use PayPal.

Do not send anything to that person, he is posting the same advice to every question on the forum and trying to scam folks.

I have reported him and waiting for some actual action from the paypal moderators.
