How long do pre-charge backs reviews take?

Someone agreed to pay me back around 2k. I provided screenshots of our conversation on Discord. She then charged me back after the money was deposited into my account. Now PayPal says I need to return the money and I have a pre chargeback alert. I filled out my side of information, how long may this process take?
