I ordered a pool from a Facebook merchant but now i cannot find the merchant. I NEVER received my item! I paid with my debit card, which processed thru PayPal but not my Paypal account (so how do i get Paypal to recognize/account not associated with this payment) Please help!!

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
