Hello, I made a purchase online and accidentally sent it through PayPal. I quickly canceled the order but did not realize PayPal had taken the money out immediately. I have secured my purchase with a finance company and paid them off, but PayPal will not refund my money. I am ready to write to the corporate office. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Paypal can't stop a processing payment, so once you have paid you would need to cancel it with the merchant and ask the merchant to issue you a refund.
