Hi,
I'm in a real pickle here. I got notification that my account is being permanently limited and I can no longer use Paypal. I have no idea where this is coming from, why this is happening, anything really. It comes as a surprise and a shock. I've been a Paypal account holder since, idk, maybe the 90s?
I want desperately to dispute this as I do not know what I could have done to cause this to happen.
How do I dispute this? There is nothing in my resolution center to dispute.
Thanks for any info or assistance.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
