Hi, I'm in a real pickle here. I got notification that my account is being permanently limited and I can no longer use Paypal. I have no idea where this is coming from, why this is happening, anything really. It comes as a surprise and a shock. I've been a Paypal account holder since, idk, maybe the 90s? I want desperately to dispute this as I do not know what I could have done to cause this to happen. How do I dispute this? There is nothing in my resolution center to dispute.
