How do I close my PayPal account?

Please how do i close my paypal account? I only just registered with all of my personal details and i was deemed unworthy to transact with my account after updating sensitive documents. Please can i sue Paypal for not allowing me to close the account? after all, if i cannot use your service i should be able to get out of the relationship. Please i need advise

Info in the link that is unless you have a limitation in which case that would have to be resolved first unless its a permanent limitation and so can't be resolved.

It's a permanent limitation. Please how can I close the account. Just trying to get paid for online gigs and they aren't allowing me. Followed the simple process to close account but I got the feedback that I cannot close it. This is very annoying and frustrating

Sadly you can't close a permanently limited account. Paypal limits it to stop you removing anything from it.
They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account.
