PayPal blatantly allows french to scam online services so unless PayPal is going to start looking after the businesses that pay the fees, I won't be allowing any Oui Oui Baguette scammers to access my services. How can I region block French from accessing my services? They're all scammers that PayPal blatantly enables even with photo proof of them using the services.
