How can I appeal my account?

My account was permanently limited because there was a false report that I was selling explicit materials. I was not. I worked on this client a few weeks back and I think he's the one who reported me. This guy named [Removed] is running a scam talent agency, scamming influencers and such and he realize I was getting a hold of the scamming and him not paying them. I was removed from my job and the last payment he was reluctant to pay, not until I was so pesky he finally paid. I first billed him through my friend's Payoneer account which after sending a payment confirmation he immediately cancels and I noticed it and he said it was just a card problem. I never stopped on being pesky until he finally paid my through paypal. I thought everything was okay until he did this to my account. I never did anything wrong, paypal never contacted me for my defense. By the way my friends payoneer account has been receiving cashback request from him too. He never wanted to pay me on the first place and did he this in order to ruin my life as a Virtual assistant. Please can anyone help me with this?
