Hello, my PayPal manager in Hong Kong hasn't responded to my messages for a year. Despite numerous attempts, I haven't received any replies. What could be the reason for this lack of communication? How can i get new Hk manager
Have you tried going to PayPal.com, click "help" scroll down to "Contact us" clicking that and submitting your question there? Not sure what you mean by a PayPal manager, but it appears that you were dealing with someone at PayPal and they quit answering emails. PayPal support can assist you with what has happened with your account. This is not PayPal support, this is peer to peer support.
