Got scammed by Justen Trading Co., Limited-$400!

Has anyone seen the Facebook posts of the cute little alphabet piggy banks? Well I did, and got scammed, to the tune of nearly $400. I am trying to resolve through PayPal but they are having me email the company, which keeps giving me the same canned reponses for the past month. The company also goes by Glow Bear, and apparently I am not the only one to fall for this scam. What I don't understand is why does PayPal keep allowing payments to go through to this company and why do they not offer help. They want me to work with the company but the company is a scam, down to their tracking tool, which says my items are came from Switzerland and are stuck in St. Louise since Dec. 15. These were meant to be Christmas Gifts so that's out the window. I realize I should have done some research on my own, I feel quite dumb, but what is the use of using PayPal if they don't offer protection. If I can't get help getting this resolved, I will no longer use this app. Much safer to use my Credit Card.  Here are some of the email addresses associated with this phony sight. I also got scammed by Justen Trading Company. Pay Pal was little to zero help.  I bought 2 pairs of glasses for around $42.  The glasses are for reading and also supposed to see far away. Well, the glasses are worthless, and don't see far away. it's false advertising. The glasses were shipped from Ireland, and in order to get a refund, I HAD to ship and return them to Hong Kong, at my own expense. Well, the shipping to return was as much as I paid for the glasses. 

So, Pay Pal closed my claim, because I couldn't send them back. This business is a big scam and I see that many others been scammed as well. I don't understand why Pap Pal won't stand behind and back their customers. Pay Pal should ban this company from doing an business with them. I am really mad and disappointed right now.

They got me also, different product, less money. Claimed product was delivered, wasn't to me if it was.

Gave me the same responses also. PayPal sided with them of course. My post office has no record of it and Justen would only provide a tracking number from China post. Never making a purchase thru FB again

Hello, scammed. Justen is another crooked company from the east. We are not the only ones they scammed. I got hit on an ad on Pinterest. Not FB. Although I got ripped off on there too. There are no laws, no rules for internet shopping. Even the so called good guys cheat. They won't give you a final total until you check out. And the total is always more than advertised. PayPal is no help either as you say. They used to protect the little guys. Now, it seems, they protect the vendors. They weren't any help to me, so I went to my MC. They gave me a refund within a half hour. Justen was so **bleep** off they sent me a nasty email! I don't know how long it's been for you, but your credit card company WILL get you a refund. Try it.
