Hi all.
I recently was hacked and am trying to set up up MFA. I installed the MS Authenticator app on my phone and added my PP acct via the QR code.
But every time I ender the 6 digit code from the app into PayPal I get "code does not match."
I called PP and they said to try again later. It is now the next day.
I've tried it in two different browsers and even in a browser on my phone. Same result.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled the MS Authenticator app as well as removed/readded the PP account within the app.
Is there anything else you can think to try other than trying to call PP again? The person I was talking to did not seem to support the authenticator to this level.
I suppose a different authenticator is an option but I don't see why this one won't work.
thanks.
