Fraud on paypal Debit card -HELP!!

Someone used my Paypal debit card 9 times today(National Identity for Pakistanis). I just noticed it and tried to call, Paypal is closed. I tried to dispute one of them and right away got can't do a dispute on the transaction but it says its completed not pending? I transferred all my money out of paypal so they don't go buy a car tonight. But my bank account is my backup for my account. If I remove the bank account does anyone know if that transfer of what was in the account will have no where to go? Or how to contact a live person to cancel this card? Who doesn't have live help for fraud on a credit card?

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear about the recent unauthorized activity on your PayPal Debit Card. The first thing I'd recommend doing is locking your card which will prevent any future usage. If you have the Business Debit Mastercard, this would need to be done by our Customer Support. You can lock and unlock your card by calling the number on the back of your card during our business hours. However, our chat teams are available 24/7 for your convenience. If you haven't already, please reach out to our Support Teams to report this unauthorized activity and request a new card.
