Fraud Case Closed as Authorized after 2 banks and the phone agent said it was “Clearly Fraud”

I got hacked through a Facebook ad scam and they got into my Paypal and discord accounts. They used my PayPal to try and buy 1 bank denied it, so the person moved on to my next linked payment method and it cleared. I opened a case Immediately, changed my passwords and called. The lady on the line said it was clearly fraud The original payment method flagged and denied the charge after I called them directly and completely remake me a new account. Then suddenly the case was closed and marked as authorized without taking the whole investigation time and now my account is in the negative because all my payment methods saw it as fraud and blocked it and I can’t find the appeal button.
