This isn't a question, this is a demand. It is absolutely unacceptable that every address I've ever entered for shipping is:
1. Retained by Paypal
2. Retained by Paypal after I have deleted them
3. Paypal does not default to my stated default shipping address
This is a breach of my privacy and my ownership of my own data. It is also a liability to PayPal as it will be PayPal's fault if anything I buy goes to the wrong address - I've already followed all of their instructions to manage my addresses and set the correct default.
Fix it.
