Yesterday I transferred money into my paypal account to purchase online. Received the email verifying the reception and my account balance increased accordingly. However when I try to pay with paypal the pop up window keeps showing the old balance and won't let me pay showing me a payment error. Can't pay with the debit card I have associated either cause the payment bounces back. Usually see this problem solved within a couple hours but it's been a while
