I had a buyer request a refund via PayPal. The funds were put on hold. PayPal issued a decision in favor of the buyer The buyer now provided false tracking number that doesn’t concur with the policy of PayPal for returning an item. I’m Without money or the returned item as the buyer gave PayPal a fake tracking number. Where do I stand. The funds are still on hold, given the buyer has lied about the return, why won’t PayPal released the fund in my favour. The tracking number was delivered BACK TO THE BUYERS HOME, they literally resent the parcel back to them selves
