I recently registered a paypal account. I was sent money to pay for shipping on an item and today I see that a purchase was made on etsy from my account, although I did not buy anything, and I did not even use this resource, when I contacted support, they immediately closed the case and did not help, saying that nothing suspicious was found, but I DIDN'T PURCHASE ANYTHING OR MAKE ANY PAYMENTS. I can't even appeal. money disappeared - support does not help. what to do
