Does anyone know if Rotationstyle or Briquao Co.,Ltd are legit?

They are a scam company. It’s a long story, but I ordered a sweater from them November 14th. No tracking info until December 16th. The post office had a picture of pkg. it fit in the palm of a hand & weighed 9 oz, bardo’s sweater! PayPal refunded me. Hope this helps

Their ad is on Facebook. I have reported them to Facebook, but fb has yet to ditch them!
