Do I have to pay the GST charges to Paypal?

I received a mail from paypal that contain monthly tax invoice to see a summary of the GST charges for the payments I have received. Do I have to pay the GST charges to Paypal?

If you receive any email about activity on a PayPal account, the safest way to confirm the email’s validity is to log in to a PayPal account via the PayPal website (not using the links in the email received). If you're eligible to receive the Tax form, PayPal will post the form in your PayPal account and also send you a email as soon as it's available. You can check the email's validity by logging to your account and accessing the PayPal Statements & Tax Centre page.
