Sadly you can't close a permanently limited account. Paypal limits it to stop you removing anything from it. They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
Will the account be deleted one day? Cause if I had the opportunity to change the email I wouldn't even bother to ask any question here, I just want to stop receiving emails from PayPal. Have already turned off email notifications from settings but sadly not all can be turned off.
