Contact a seller without opening a dispute

I purchased a service valid for a year and it's been over 180 days.
Problem is, the service appears to be fully automated and even though they do have a support request form on their site, they never respond to anything.
They do not repond to mail sent to the address shown in the puchase details either.
I know, if I had opened a dispute before 180 days were up and had requested my money back, that's when even a non responsive sellers wakes up, but for one it's too late, the service has actually worked for over 180 days before this bug came up and for two, I don't want to cancel the service, I want to keep it, I just want the seller to respond to my support request, because not only do I know precisely where the bug comes from, I even know how to easily fix it.
Opening a dispute and make it a refund request for $0.01 doesn't help, all I get is "dispute denied because it's been over 180 days".
Is there a way how Paypal could help me getting in touch with the seller?
