Betreff: Concern about a Potential Fraudulent Return on Kleinanzeigen

Unfortunately he knew what to do. He event open a dispute in an hour after receiving the radio and mentioning that I'm not responding. 

So now way to be protected against such people? I assume he has a lot of disputes like that. Can't paypal simply check that?
