Balance to my account

Hello, I ordered a pair of shoes worth €180.63 four times from a mail order company because it wasn't working. There was no order confirmation, but each time a debit was made. This debit was credited back to PayPal, but in the meantime the money had also been deducted from the current account. How can I balance the current account again, but I have no credit on Paypal. Thank you very much for your help.

What does it say on all the transactions in your paypal account ie pending / payment / unclaimed etc?

Secondly have you had a 'refund' OR has the payment been 'cancelled'.
