Automatic payment issue

The amount of 1,111 $ was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge through the automatic payment service and the amount was sent to TikTok Ads-TTUS and I have no connection with this and I do not use tiktok services at all
I made a report about this transfer to pay pal and after a while 21 a day I was informed by PayPal that the process was correct, I objected to this response again, and I'm surprised how this can happen with a site like PayPal, which is supposed to be more protective of subscribers ' funds, I don't know what the solution is and how to get money back, and I think PayPal should bear responsibility for this error in the automatic payment service or its exploitation by Fraud

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
