Refund or replacement

I want to get a refund of a faulty part. I bought 4 coils one has failed almost right away. Was assured they or genuine toyota parts. Pretty sure they are not as all 4 failed now after 3 months. Would prefer new parts but will take a full refund. Paypal says theres no way to know if i altered the parts. Altered? You install them and drive. No way to alter. They failed and car barely ran. Put old parts back on and it runs fine. They closed my case. Now i want a full refund.

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

They don't cover you for quality of items and its unlikely to be covered if you have had the item for a long period of time.
